Return Eligibility

A return or replacement request may be considered only if:

• The product is unused and in the same condition as received.
• The product is returned with its original packaging, labels and accessories, where applicable.
• The product received is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered.
• The customer contacts us with the order details and relevant product/shipment information.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, installed, modified, damaged due to improper handling, or supplied specifically against a confirmed customer requirement may not be eligible for return.
